Accessibility Information
Reduced Mobility
Visitors with reduced mobility, including wheelchair users, can access the tour areas of the Palais Garnier. An accessible elevator provides access to the main visitor spaces. The entrance for visitors with reduced mobility is at the ticket office, at the corner of Rue Auber and Rue Scribe. Please note that the temporary exhibition spaces and the bookshop are not accessible.
Visually Impaired Visitors
Audio-described performances are offered for select shows. Guide dogs are welcome in all areas of the opera house.
Hearing Impaired Visitors
The Revelacio multimedia guide is available with a French Sign Language tour. For performances, specific services may be available; please contact the Accessibility Service for details.
